- For hygiene reasons, earphones or earbuds can only be returned if unopened and unused (unless faulty).
3. Return Postage
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs if the item is unwanted or ordered in error.
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return postage cost in line with UK consumer law.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for faulty or incorrect items.
