At BulaTech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason youโ€™re not happy with your order, you may return it in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Once approved, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

2. Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Items returned damaged, used, or incomplete may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
  • For hygiene reasons, earphones or earbuds can only be returned if unopened and unused (unless faulty).

3. Return Postage

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs if the item is unwanted or ordered in error.
  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return postage cost in line with UK consumer law.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for faulty or incorrect items.

  • The reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or faulty)
